Eva Solo Cafetière works just like a normal French Press, but the insulated cover and handle keep things cool. Simply spoon ground coffee into the jug, and fill with hot water. Let the coffee brew, then cover with the plunger. After a few minutes, depress the plunger gently, and pour your fresh coffee through the drip-free spout. Simple has never been so beautiful.
The coffee is then ready to serve. The cafetière holds 1 litre, corresponding to eight cups of coffee. The handle is made of stainless steel. The jug and the plunger are dishwasher-safe, but the cover must be washed by hand.
